The Role:

EvolveImmune Therapeutics is seeking a dedicated part-time or full time Operations Support Specialist with an administrative background and the ability to perform multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.  The Specialist will play a supportive role in the day-to-day operations of our operations team.  This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the biotechnology industry and is ideal for a candidate that values contributing to a team and who is looking for long-term stability within our company.   This position is not necessarily for a candidate looking for a traditional career ladder, but rather a place where their skills can make a significant impact to the operations team and the entire company.


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, which includes the HR/Finance Analyst, Facilities Manager, and occasionally the CFO.
  • Assist in financial tasks such as reviewing and saving invoices in the accounts payable software.
  • Oversee and maintain order tracking and receiving, supporting our scientists.
  • Oversee and maintain records and documentation in a digital filing system.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory records in partnership with the Facilities Manager.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as required.


  •  Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on operations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.  A “roll up the sleeves” attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, take ownership of all assigned tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative work style.
  • Proficiency in office software and administrative systems.  Proficiency in Bill.com and Box would be ideal, but not required.  Ability to learn new systems quickly.
